Lyudmyla BALAN

I was born in Moldova in 1973 and am a graduate of the Ukrainian Maritime Higher Vocational School. I have been living in Türkiye for 27 years, during which time I have gained experience in various sectors that I now successfully apply in the real estate field.

I have been actively working in the real estate sector for the past three years, providing my clients with carefully selected investment opportunities and delivering services based on trust and transparency.

Before starting my real estate career, I worked for many years in the tourism industry as a Guest Relations Manager. I now bring my strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach, and effective communication abilities into the real estate sector.

Since 2007, I have been closely involved in real estate buying and selling processes, aiming to combine my knowledge and experience with a professional service mindset to guide my clients toward the most accurate and profitable decisions.
