Enligt detaljerna domineras listan av turistst\u00e4der, men det finns ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5gra \u00f6verraskande inslag.<\/p>\n<p>Fastighetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen till utl\u00e4ndska medborgare minskade med 45,8% under perioden januari-maj 2024 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. Enligt data fr\u00e5n Turkiska Statistiska Institutet s\u00e5ldes 9 024 fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar under de f\u00f6rsta fem m\u00e5naderna av 2024, d\u00e4r majoriteten av dessa f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar skedde i semesteromr\u00e5den. F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen i maj 2024 sj\u00f6nk med 34,8% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med maj 2023, totalt 2 064 fastigheter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryssar Leder Fastighetsk\u00f6p i Turkiet<br \/>\n<\/strong>Enligt data k\u00f6pte ryssar 2 091 fastigheter under femm\u00e5nadersperioden, f\u00f6ljt av iranier med 914 fastigheter, ukrainare med 623, irakier med 433, tyskar med 406, kazaker med 402, azerbajdzjaner med 288, amerikaner med 215 och saudier med 205 fastigheter.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Turkiska Statistiska Institutet \u00e4r de tio st\u00e4derna med h\u00f6gst fastighetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning till utl\u00e4nningar f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Antalya <\/strong><br \/>\nTurismhuvudstaden Antalya rankas f\u00f6rst, med 3 275 s\u00e5lda fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar under de f\u00f6rsta fem m\u00e5naderna av 2024. Detta antal var 6 446 under samma period f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Istanbul <\/strong><br \/>\nIstanbul, som \u00e4r andra p\u00e5 listan, s\u00e5g totalt 3 128 s\u00e5lda fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret s\u00e5ldes 5 329 fastigheter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mersin <\/strong><br \/>\nEnligt data \u00e4r Mersin den tredje mest f\u00f6redragna staden av utl\u00e4nningar, med 826 s\u00e5lda fastigheter. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret s\u00e5ldes 1 231 fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar i Mersin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ankara <\/strong><br \/>\nI huvudstaden Ankara s\u00e5ldes totalt 221 fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret var detta antal 504.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yalova <\/strong><br \/>\nYalova, en stad som attraherar utl\u00e4ndskt intresse, s\u00e5g 210 fastigheter s\u00e5lda till utl\u00e4nningar i \u00e5r. F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret var detta antal 427.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bursa <\/strong><br \/>\nEnligt Turkiska Statistiska Institutet s\u00e5ldes 207 fastigheter till utl\u00e4nningar i Bursa 2024.
